Cancellation & Refund Policy

Big Sky Property Advisors, LLC provides professional consulting and photography services that are time‑ and expertise‑based. As such, refunds are limited.

Consultations & Appointments

• Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Late cancellations or no‑shows may be charged in full.

Consulting & Advisory Services

• Fees for services already performed are non‑refundable.

• Project cancellations must be submitted in writing.

• Any prepaid amounts for unperformed work may be refunded at our discretion, less completed work and expenses.

Retainers

• Retainer fees are non‑refundable once the service period begins.

• Unused hours do not roll over unless stated in writing.

Photography Services

• A non‑refundable deposit is required to secure photography services.

• Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may forfeit the deposit.
