Why Consulting, Not Property Management

Big Sky Property Advisors operates exclusively as a consulting firm. We do not manage properties, collect rent, handle tenant funds, or perform day-to-day operational tasks.

By focusing on consulting only, we’re able to educate, advise, and equip property owners with the systems and knowledge needed to self-manage effectively, without giving up ownership control or flexibility.

We bring more than 16 years of combined experience in property management and have collectively helped support and manage over 1,800 properties from start to finish. Our background spans leasing, tenant screening, operations, compliance, and systems development.

While licensed in multiple states, we’ve chosen to simplify and focus our expertise on serving property owners across the great state of Montana, providing guidance that’s both experienced and locally informed.
